We Help Our Clients Overcome Situations Beyond Their Control

Our program is designed to  lift individuals out of their current circumstance and elevate their life financially, mentally and emotionally through self discovery and budgeting.

R Empowerment provides support, allowing our clients to embark on a journey of self improvement in areas of financial security, continuing education, resumé building, new employment opportunities, finding family assistance programs and more.

R Empowerment helps clients find financial success by teaching budgeting skills and aiding in the search for a rewarding career. We offer programs to help our residents get back on their feet and stay on track.

Whether our participants are unemployed or under-employed, R Empowerment is here to aid in the journey towards a rewarding career. We engage our clients with resumé building and interview skills, aiding them in finding a financially rewarding career that drives their passion.

To help end the cycle of poverty, we believe in providing the youth with the same strategies we teach our clients. Through extra-cirricular programs, budget classes and higher education guidance, we empower our clients’ children to live their best lives.

Living to work? Working to live? These two sentences mean very different things. At R Empowerment we understand that the overall physical, mental, and emotional toll that our jobs take on us can effect our quality of life as well as the quality of life for those around us. We believe that gently focusing on a more holistic approach to living can improve one’s time here with their loved ones. Small steps now create the greatest impact building the future we desire.




Facing eviction for past-due rent and behavioral issues with her children, Jennifer signed up with R Empowerment. She was able to partner with our company to pause her eviction notice. Jennifer was then able to work out a payment plan to satisfy her back-due rent. R Empowerment was also able to work with her family on behavioral issues that concerned property managment. Jennifer has since graduated the program. She remains up-to-date on her monthly rent and has not recieved another notice for family behavior. 

After losing her employment, Pamela scrambled to stay on her feet with a lower paying job. The financial downturn caused a struggle and she was unable to keep up with her monthly rent payments. She and her family were facing eviction. Pamela signed up with R Empowerment. Together they partnered with the property managment team to set up a payment plan for her past-due balances. After working with a budgeting coach, she was able to regain control of her reduced income and expenditures. Pamela graduated the program in early 2021.

Working two part-time jobs in fast food was not enough to make ends meet. MeAsa was facing eviction when she partnered with R Empowerment  and her managment company to stop the eviction process and arrange payments for back-owed monies. Knowing she needed more managment experience to achieve her life-dream of becoming a restauranteur, R Empowerment was able to coach MeAsa and help her land a job at a local restaurant as a shift manager. In only a year’s time she went from making minimum wage to being promoted to sous chef and is loving her new life with her new paycheck making $40,000 a year.MeAsa graduated the R Empowerment program in 2020.

Domonique was scheduled for eviction while she was in the hospital giving birth. With the help of R Empowerment, she was able to hault the eviction process and have a place for her and her baby to come home to. The programs offered to Domonique aided her in finding financial assistance and resources for her new family. She was able to make payment arrangements and pay off her back-due rent balances. She graduated the R Empowerment program in 2020.

As the daughter of two drug addicts, Kerry was caught up in the system from a young age. At seventeen she became a prostitute. At eighteen she lost her driver’s license with her first offense and at twenty-one she began dealing drugs. Facing eviction in her mid-twenties, she began working with R Empowerment to regain control of her life. She has since been able to reclaim her license, has paid off her back due rent balances, regained control of past student debts and decided to go back to school for a fulfilling career in nursing. Kerry graduated from the program in 2019.


Martin joined the program while in the veteran’s hospital. He was behind on rent and had become somewhat of a shut-in due to mobility issues. R Empowerment was able to help him get the resources he needed to regain mobility with an electric wheelchair, helping him to recover financially and provide himself with housing security. Martin graduated the program in 2021

Jani was one of the single parents hit hardest by Covid-19. She began to worry about facing homelessness when she discovered R Empowerment’s program.  Working together, Jani and our team were able to find available resources and funds that allowed her to pay the back balance of rent owed. Jani graduated from R Empowerment in 2021.
