We Provide Job Empowerment
As a partner with nationwide construction companies specializing in under-serviced multi-family real estate, we are always looking to connect Veterans with new job opportunities. Our partnering construction companies offer a trade school in which they are eager and willing to help our Veterans master a new trade.
Our partners are always looking to hire and train veterans knowing they are equipped with a built-in skill set of respect and contain a natural pride in workmanship. Veterans are highly desired for their commitment to diligence and ability to follow the chain of command, showing up with disciplined work ethic, and having an adept understanding of following a process are just a few of the reasons a Veteran is highly desired, honored and valued by our nationwide construction partners.
If you are a Veteran interested in learning a new trade in the construction industry please reach out to us and we will put you in contact with our construction partners.

Veterans are those who, at one point, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount of up to and including their life.
We Provide Financial Empowerment
In addition to subsidies to keep Veterans and their families from being
evicted, we also have an ‘urgent outreach’ program that gives funds to
Veterans on our subsidy program who have run into something unexpected and
traumatic to their finances, i.e. auto repairs, medical expenses, anything
outside their anticipated monthly budget. We understand that sometimes
there are things life throws at us for which there are simply no funds in
the budget to cover! We make sure the Veterans have a safety-net of sort so
as not to do damage to their otherwise successful financial recovery.
We've partnered with the non-profit organization GRASP which began a Veterans’ subsidy program in May 2014. It began by visiting local VA government and support agencies, presenting our Veteran program and encouraging them to send candidates for rental assistance.
These local agencies now voice to whoever will listen how much they respect our program, how steadfastly we have done what we told them we would do, how honorable and reliable our assistance to the Veterans has been. Since we have migrated to the very top of their resource list for financial assistance to their struggling Veterans. We have worked hard for this accomplishment and are blessed by their solidarity. We pick up where GRASP has left off and as we continue our partnerships with Veteran assistant programs we are able to reach out and enable our Veterans to keep a roof over the heads of themselves and their families.
