崗位描述：
-對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常運(yùn)作進(jìn)行有效的管理，維持工作效率, 平衡工作負(fù)荷，保證工作安全；
-負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試分析工作的指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的發(fā)展需求組織新項(xiàng)目研究；
-負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員和設(shè)備的管理，包括制定預(yù)算、實(shí)施計(jì)劃、控制費(fèi)用等。

-Take care of daily operation of the lab for effective management, maintenance efficiency, balance workloads, and ensure safety at work;
-Responsible for analysis guidance and training, and arrange new projects according to the development;
-implementation plan, control costs, etc.
入職要求：
-30-45歲，化學(xué)或食品相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷；
-8年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-熟悉ISO 17025，能按照實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可要求進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室具體運(yùn)作；
-英語熟練，能夠接待國外客戶審核，參加實(shí)驗(yàn)室間交流合作。
Recruitment requirements:
-Age 30-45, specialized in chemistry, food or related areas, bachelor degree or above;
-8 years related working experience, 3 years management experience;
-Familiar with ISO 17025, and can perform the daily operation according to the accreditation requirement;
-Fluent in English, can take care of the oversea client’s auditing and participate the inter-laboratories cooperation.
