基本工作職能: Key Job Responsibility
Lead new product and process development for all snack food
Involved in the development of new product road map, like technology build up
Take initiatives to bring new ideas to the projects/products pipeline through innovative processes with R&D, marketing and partners
Close collaboration with marketing, supply Chian and QRO in China and HQ on new product launches
Initiate and manage the projects/activities related to cost reduction, margin and product improvement
Development and management of R&D related information system, implementation of policies, specifications, and procedures
Provide technical support for operation
Management and development of Snack R&D personnel
教育程度/工作經(jīng)歷/知識(shí)、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
Possess BA or Master Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry or related fields
8+ years R&D experiences in multinational Food companies, with focus on new product innovation and development, at least three years of middle management experience
Solid project management skills, focused on R&D projects, product formulation and innovative processes
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Chinese Food Regulation
Energetic, highly pro-active, creative thinking and self motivated
