Important Competencies:
- Providing support to the customer in preparing devices and materials for the validation of the aseptic line.
- Implementing basic beverage and hygienic training for the lab staffs and operators of the customer.
- Granting the customer an insight into the process technology as well as the microbiological status of the filling line through validation test.
- Ensuring the aseptic line is capable of commercial production of different types of beverages during long production runs through validation test.
- Validation and qualification of any aspect, including significant changes to the premises, facilities, equipment or processes (e.g. extended production runs) which may affect the quality of the product after overhaul for the existing aseptic lines.
- Support customer in solving doubts and problems concerning the beverage side of the aseptic lines through traveling on site or telephone.
- Traveling on site together with the colleagues from the Krones Academy (Taicang) to train the operators.
Knowledge/Experience:
l Basic knowledge about the beverage and food industry.
l Excellent knowledge in the field of microbiology, food and beverage mechanics and principles of Chemical Engineering etc.
l Excellent knowledge in the field of cleaning and disinfection aspects of the beverage and food industry.
l Profound experiences in microorganism analysis, incubation and authentication.
l Profound experiences in lab operations
l Dedication, cooperativeness and creativity.
l Support team work and eager to learn new technologies.
l Good communication and organizational skills
l Personal responsibility and high level of discipline
