Position Summary: This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities to achieve LS/FOOD Department's business plan.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities,
2. Search for potential key accounts;
3. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
4. Respond to and follow up customer's requirements;
5. Visit / meet customer and introduce company's services;
6. Negotiate and prepare service proposal according to requirements;
7. Prepare and confirm long-time contract with key account;
8. Contribute personal efforts to team's sales plan and reach assigned target;
9. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;
10. Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with key account;
11. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;
12. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;
13. Perform other duties assigned by key account manager;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 years KA / sales experience on food, cosmetic, drug, drinking water or food related products;
3. Good customer management skill;
4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
5. Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
7. Good communication and sales skill;
8. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
9. Good computer skill;
10. Good command of English;
11. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
